Important points to note:

Products should be unpacked immediately upon receipt to prevent moisture from becoming trapped between the packaging and the product. This may cause irregular stains.
The water elements must be placed on a stable, level surface.
Drilling or grinding into the material is not permitted.
The pH level of the water should be neutral (7) to avoid damaging the material.
Clean annually by rinsing dirt off the product with clean tap water, then treat it with a cleaning agent. Do not use a pressure washer and/or abrasive sponge, as this will damage the coating.
Limescale can be removed using ADEZZ Descaler BIO.
