Coated steel
The coated steel used is Sendzimir galvanized. The zinc layer makes the steel corrosion-resistant and ensures a long lifespan. This high-quality material is thermally galvanized and provided with a durable coating. The entire process ensures excellent protection against rust and weather influences. Coated steel gives your garden a sleek, industrial look.
During the production of coated steel, the steel is first thermally galvanized. Then it is roughened for optimal adhesion of the coating. The powder coating consists of two layers: a strongly adhesive primer followed by a wear-resistant top layer. The top layer is available in any desired RAL colour, allowing you to always choose the perfect style.

We offer a wide range of RAL colours, including the standard colours RAL 7016, RAL 7021, RAL 9005, and RAL 9016. Additionally, many other RAL colours are available, so you can always choose the perfect colour that matches your style and preference. For these other colours, setup costs will be charged.

To enjoy our products for a long time, it is important to maintain them properly. Treat our product immediately upon receipt and then at least twice a year with our cleaner & protector. The cleaner ensures your product is clean, after which you can treat the product with the protector. This gives the product a new, protective wax layer. DX51D + Z275MAC is a type of galvanized steel that has a zinc layer of 275 grams per square meter. This material is versatile and used in the automotive industry, air handling systems, household appliances, and as a base material for pre-painted steel. It complies with the EN10346 standard, which specifies the technical delivery conditions for continuously hot-dip galvanized steel products for cold forming.
