During the production of coated steel, the steel is first thermally galvanized. Then it is roughened for optimal adhesion of the coating. The powder coating consists of two layers: a strongly adhesive primer followed by a wear-resistant top layer. The top layer is available in any desired RAL colour, allowing you to always choose the perfect style.

The cleaner ensures your product is clean, after which you can treat the product with the protector. This gives the product a new, protective wax layer. SENDZIMIR GALVANIZED STEEL

Sendzimir galvanized steel, named after the Polish engineer Tadeusz Sendzimir, is a variant of hot-dip galvanizing that stands out for its precision and continuity. In this process, a thin layer of zinc with a small amount of aluminium is applied to the steel sheet, after which air knives bring the zinc layer to the desired thickness. This mix offers better protection against corrosion and is widely used in sectors such as construction, mechanical engineering, electronics, and household appliances.

MATERIAL TYPE

DX51D + Z275MAC is a type of galvanized steel that has a zinc layer of 275 grams per square meter. This material is versatile and used in the automotive industry, air handling systems, household appliances, and as a base material for pre-painted steel. It complies with the EN10346 standard, which specifies the technical delivery conditions for continuously hot-dip galvanized steel products for cold forming.

CERTIFICATE & STANDARD

ADEZZ coated steel complies with the EN10346 certification, which specifies the technical delivery conditions for continuously hot-dip galvanized steel products for cold forming. EN ISO 6829-1 is an international standard for tensile testing of metals at room temperature. This standard describes the methods for testing the tensile strength of metals and includes various test methods based on strain and stress rates.
