Stonecore is lighter than traditional concrete, but stronger and more resistant to cracking. The fibreglass reinforcement gives the material high tensile strength and keeps it stable in the face of temperature changes and moisture. At ADEZZ, we use Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete under our brand name Stonecore. This smart composite material consists of fine concrete reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fibre. These fibres have been specially developed to withstand the alkaline environment (pH value higher than 7) of concrete. Thanks to their high zirconium oxide content, they remain strong and durable.

Compared to steel, these fibres are lighter, stronger and non-corrosive. They improve tensile strength, reduce cracking and distribute the load evenly. The product is a material that excels in mechanical strength, flexibility and durability.
