Construction of the Reflecting Pond
Each reflecting pond is equipped with a steel pond basin featuring a high-quality polyurea coating on the inside. This combination provides a strong, watertight and durable foundation. The visible top edge is available in aluminium or corten steel, allowing you to choose the look that best suits your garden design.
L-profile
The support edge sits slightly below the water level, allowing gravel or decorative stone to connect seamlessly with the pond. The gravel covers the edge, creating a natural transition.
U-profile
The paving overlaps the water, integrating the pond seamlessly into the terrace. This creates a smooth transition without a visible edge.
Z-profile
The edge sits just above the water level, protecting the pond wall. As the edge remains out of sight, it creates a clean and tranquil appearance.
Behind the reflective water surface lies smart technology that automatically keeps the water clean and at the correct level. The pump ensures continuous circulation between the pond and the filter, keeping the water moving and helping to reduce algae growth.
The filter is installed outside the pond and removes dirt particles and organic matter.
A separate unit automatically maintains the water level. Water lost through evaporation is replenished, while excess rainwater is drained away. This ensures the reflecting pond always remains at the correct level without overflowing.
The pump, filter and water level control system work together fully automatically. All you need to do is clean the filter from time to time.
